Every day, our staff are accountable for and take responsibility for all of our actions when working to support our schools and our candidates. You are all at the heart of what we do, and we want to ensure that we do the best job that we can.

Discipline

Nothing worth having is ever easy, and we are disciplined in our approach to ensure that we achieve our goals, those of our schools and those of our candidates. We stick to our processes – whether it be for helping onboard candidates or how we work with schools because we know that those processes contribute to everyone’s success.

Team Work

It is true that teamwork really does make the dream work! We have established and continue to build a strong team, be it the customer and candidate-facing roles or our back-office team. We are strong believers that there is no “I” in team, and that is why we work together so well.

Respect

Everyone plays such an important role in what we do all day and every day. We have the utmost respect for all of the candidates that we work with to place into schools and for those schools who are looking for new members of staff. We also respect each other as team members, all working hard to support you.

Just like a top-flight sports team, we have a huge will to win. We recognise that this winning spirit isn’t just for us, though; our will to win very much extends to the successful candidates that we want to place into new roles and the schools that we work with where we always want to find the best candidates. When the going gets tough, the tough get going! We don’t stop just because there are difficulties and roadblocks; we work out how to resolve issues, how to go the extra mile and how we can give our best to support you. Linked back to our will to win, we don’t stop when things get hard, we look for solutions.

When you are passionate about something, you perform. We are motivated by what we do, and we love it! As you will see from our backgrounds, we are not new to this industry and want to provide the best levels of service and be recognised for that.
