Job description
We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Hounslow, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to join their KS1 and KS2 classes. This is a full time role Monday-Friday, 8:15 - 4pm.
Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:
- Continuously reflect on and improve your practice as a Teaching Assistant
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Work collaboratively, contributing positively to the school team
- As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Observe and assess children's progress, offering valuable feedback to teachers and parents
- Offer constructive feedback to pupils on their progress and achievements
For this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a primary school as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with children, with a reference to support it
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
- The ability to commute to Hounslow or live locally
Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day (PAYE), depending on experience.
