Job description

We are seeking a Year 7 Teacher (pay to scale) to start working in a great secondary school in the Hillingdon area! This is a full time position working 5 days and week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher and have previous teaching experience ideally.

The School:

  • Support students between the ages of 11-19

The Role:

  • The role is for a full time, long term role as a Year 7 Teacher, Monday to Friday 8:15am - 16:30pm
  • You will be required to demonstrate good knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • To mark and assess pupils' work, and to record their development and progress
  • Plan and prepare lessons to engage the children with their learning

Requirements:

  • You must have Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience teaching
  • Be an excellent communicator and have great behaviour management
  • Have a 'child workforce only' DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
  • Be available to start immediately
