About the Role:

  • As a Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will provide support across various classes, including those with SEND students.
  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help them reach their potential as a Teaching and Learning Assistant.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Recognise and respond to each student's unique needs to ensure their consistent development as a Teaching and Learning Assistant

Requirements:

  • Available Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a DBS.
  • Previous experience working with children in the UK.
  • Reside in or near Maidenhead, or be able to commute.
