Nursery Room Leader - Chelsea
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Nursery Room Leader to work within a wonderful primary school located in the Chelsea area! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, a nurturing nature, and a passion for early childhood education.
The Role:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room
- Maintaining a high quality, stimulating learning environment
- Ensure a high standard of inclusivity to ensure children with complex or additional needs are able to flourish and feel included
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's development and progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Either live in K&C or within a commutable distance
- Be available for an immeidate start
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Have an ability to lead a team of staff to ensure the smooth running of the Nursery room on a daily basis
