Secondary Cover Supervisor - Chessington - Immediate Start!

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a outstanding Secondary School in Chessington. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting Immediately!

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisoryour key responsibilities will include:

As a Cover Superviso you need to encourage the active participation of all students, ensuring they remain focused and engaged in their classwork.
As a Cover Superviso you need to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere by effectively managing student behaviour.
As a Cover Superviso you need to support students by communicating clearly and confidently, helping them stay on track with their learning.
As a Cover Superviso you need to organize and manage the physical teaching space and resources, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
As a Cover Superviso you need to create a supportive and stimulating atmosphere that motivates students to achieve their best.

What We're Looking For:

Availability: Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting Immediately
Experience: Recent experience working with children in the UK is essential. Prior experience as a Cover Supervisor in the UK preferably.
Compliance: Must have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced Child Only DBS check.
Location: Ideally live in or near Chessington, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
