Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in a dynamic school environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our fantastic secondary school in Kingston. This full-time role offers the chance to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in a supportive and vibrant school community.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 4:00 pm

About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engagement: Encouraging the participation of all pupils and ensuring they are actively engaged in their classwork.
- Behaviour Management: Confidently managing student behaviour to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Effective Communication: Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils to help them achieve their potential.
- Classroom Organization: Organizing and managing the physical teaching space and resources to facilitate a smooth-running classroom.
- Inspiration: Creating a stimulating and motivating atmosphere that supports students in their learning journey.
What We're Looking For:
- Availability: Able to commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, starting September 2024.
- Experience: Recent experience working as a Cover Supervisor in the UK is essential.
- Compliance: Must have, or be willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
- Location: Ideally reside in or near Kingston, or have reliable transport to commute to the area.
